OR you can get the support and expertise of a coach whose specialty and expertise is helping people like you get at the heart of the problem, uncover hidden strengths and talents, set a direction and plan a course forward.

How is coaching different from therapy or counselling?
Coaching is not therapy or counselling. Both of these tend to deal with past issues attempting to answer the question “why?”
