Moving from the world of academia to the world of work can be tough. The notion of job search daunting. Knowing what to do when, who to talk to and why can be unclear and confusing. I help demystify the job-search process to help you figure out what you want in your work, life, bank account, etc. and why it all matters.
Teach you the ‘how-to’s of identifying + researching companies and industries that are compatible with the person you’ve learned you are through your discovery and assessments. Create a plan to search for the right role and company culture that’s right your own personal style. Develop your resume and cover letter that reflects your own education, experience, story and personal brand. Role-playing interviews and provide feedback.
Review your successes, opportunities, progress. Support you with important discussions about interviews, compensation negotiations, parental low-downs, etc. And help you course-correct along the way.
